Tip 7: Embrace the Change and Reflect on What you are Learning Daily
You may find it difficult to set aside a time every day for self reflection given that you are busy with exams, family responsibilities and job search. However, if we are not mindfully aware of where we have been, how we did in the past and where we are heading, we could end up somewhere far from desired goals.

In order to self reflect, some questions that you can ask yourself at the end of every day are listed below:
- What have I done today that will contribute towards my future goals and my future success?
- What is something new that I have learned today?
- What am I most grateful for in life?
- What can I do tomorrow to get closer to my dream?
- What can I learn from challenge or failure that I faced today?
This is by no means an exhaustive list. You should always come up with your own questions as well. Like we said at the start, a mindful learner doesn't rely on one piece of advice alone :)
