L2: Lollipop Moments of Leadership

Small moments matter, small acts of kindness matter, and this is what makes us leaders in every day life. Leadership is not only about leading a company or managing a team of fifty people at your department. Leadership is a choice that we make every day.

These small random acts of kindness have also been called "Lollipop Moments" by educator Drew Dudley.

Lets watch a famous Ted Talk by the author of this term who explains what Lollipop Moments are.

These Lollipop Moments that Drew discussed are nothing but small random acts of kindness directed towards friends, family, strangers. Many people have championed this idea; one of them being Mark Bezos (brother of Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos). He also points out:

... don't wait. Don't wait until you make your first million to make a difference in somebody's life. If you have something to give, give it now. Serve food at a soup kitchen. Clean up a neighborhood park. Be a mentor.
