L10: Considering the Opposite
Being a persuadable leader implies that we have to be open to new perspectives and new knowledge. As we covered in the previous video, the ability to consider multiple perspectives makes us #LifeLongLearners. How are we going to do it?

REFLECTION QUESTION:
Think about 2-3 beliefs you have strong opinions about (for example, "I have to get a Master's degree to be successful", "Success only comes to those in power", "I need to become a manager in order to become a leader"), and create an opposite/alternative viewpoint for each of your beliefs (for example, "Instead of getting a Master's degree, I can get real life experience at work", "My background does not determine success, hard work is what will help me to become successful").
