A common perception around Leadership is that we can only lead when we are given full authority or control over some task - e.g. only when we're given the "manager" role can we lead.

So, if Leadership is equal to being in charge, what about people who are part of the team without any Leadership title - e.g. they are not the manager or the boss? Is there any way to show Leadership when you're such a team member?
